3. Documentation
Your application's supporting materials must all be certified or authenticated. A certified copy is a duplicate of the original document that has been attested to as having been seen the original by the agency that issued the original, a government agency, a public notary, or a justice of the peace. Your education agent may additionally certify the original documents.
Applicants will need to provide the following:
Academic results and education certificates (if your documents are not in English they must be translated into English by an authorised person/organisation)

- Current CoE (s), if applicable

4. Submit Your Application

5. Notification
The results of each applicant's application will be communicated to them in writing. It's possible to get in touch with applicants to ask for more details or supporting documents.
You'll get an Offer and Acceptance Agreement if you're successful. Read your Offer and Acceptance Agreement carefully because it contains a summary of the terms and conditions, a description of the return policy, and payment instructions.

6. Accepting Your Offer

7. Payment of Fees
Direct bank deposits can be made to Bendigo Kangan Institute. When sending an electronic transfer, remember to mention your reference number. Your offer must be accepted with payment documentation.
8. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
After receiving all required paperwork and processing your payment, the CoE will be issued. You or your education agent will receive your CoE through email.
You must submit your CoE in order to apply for a student visa. Please, either directly or through your education agency, inform the International Department of the conclusion of your visa application.
Entry Requirements
All applicants must fulfil necessary requirements for each course. Before applying, it's crucial to confirm the requirements for your course.
Students who can provide proof of successfully completing prior studies may be given subject credits. You must submit these with your application.
The main prerequisites include the following:
1. Must be 18 years of age
International students applying to study at Kangan Institute must be 18 years of age to commence the course.
2. Australian Year 12 or equivalent
The majority of courses require the successful completion of the Australian Year 12 or the equivalent overseas qualification.

3. Kangan Institute English Language requirment
