The Sydney Education Center of the University of Southern Queensland is dedicated to providing top-notch instruction. High-quality student administration services and support are provided in support of this goal. The Centre hosts several USQ undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at its buildings in collaboration with Canterbury Institute of Technology. Both domestically and abroad, there is a strong demand for these programmes.
Each course has weekly lectures and tutorials that take place in classrooms or computer labs. The faculty members at USQ SEC have years of academic and professional experience. The Toowoomba campus staff conducts academic programmes and offers student counselling on a regular basis. The Center offers a wide variety of academic and welfare support services to students. The Orientation Program, which is held at the start of each semester and offers information about living and studying in Sydney, is recommended for new students.
The teaching and administrative offices of the USQ Sydney Education Center are situated in Surry Hills' Bellevue Street, a short distance from Sydney's CBD. The majority of the city's transportation, educational, sporting, governmental, and tourist facilities are accessible by foot.
HOW TO APPLY Sydney Education Centre
- Candidates must be 18 years or above to apply for programs offered at USQ Sydney.
- Explore and find the entry requirements for your desired degree.
- Carefully read the required academic qualifications including USQ’s English language requirements.
- Complete the application form online or download application form ensure all parts of the form are filled in.
- Attach all academic transcripts and ensure these are certified true copies. Do not send originals, only certified copies. The stamp of the certifying authority must be clear and legible.
- All applicants applying to study on-campus on a Student visa must show they are coming to Australia temporarily to gain a quality education. You are required to provide a personal statement in English addressing the Genuine Temporary Entrant GTE requirement as part of your application.
- As a new student you will pay the fees indicated on your offer letter. Explore the scholarships offered to USQ Sydney students.
- If you would like to apply for exemptions for past studies because you have completed a post-secondary qualification please provide copy of an approved course synopsis for the year in which the subject was successfully completed as well as a certified copy of your qualification.
- Please ensure that you provide all of the required documentation with your application. Incomplete documentation will delay a decision about admission to your chosen program and could mean that you miss out on an opportunity to study at the USQ Sydney.
- It is important to apply early, to make sure you secure a place and to allow time for you to make your necessary study arrangements (e.g. visa application, and organise family and work commitments).
