Program Description

This new degree enables students to develop expertise in designing integrated, practical, spatial, technical and environmentally sustainable building projects.The Bachelor of Building Design Management course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to undertake lead roles in the 'Design and Construct' stream of building procurement, as well as, becoming team members in the design of large and complex building development projects.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

• Successful Completion of Global Assessment Certificate with a GPA of 2.0.

• Successful completion of Cambridge International or Edexcel GCE O Level examinations with at least 2 Credits and 2 Passes in 4 core subjects
