This intensive Residential real estate broker 2-semester training (AEC) is tailored for people interested in real estate and looking for a dynamic career.

This program trains students to execute all the tasks and functions required of a residential real estate broker. Working as intermediaries between buyers and sellers throughout all stages of the real estate transaction, real estate brokers advise, counsel and support clients.

Graduates will meet the criteria of the Real Estate Brokerage Act and pass the certification exam of the OACIQ (the authority of real estate brokerage in Québec).
