The Early Childhood Education program (DEC) is designed to train childcare educators to work with children from 0 to 12 years old. With this training students will enhance their professional expertise in accordance with the Educational Childcare Act and its governing regulations.

During their training, students will learn how to meet a child’s basic, psychological, as well as educational needs. They will also learn to establish a partnership with parents and partners in the field to understand the importance of discussing necessary interventions with a child.

The program was designed to allow students to find work soon after graduation.

Training Objective

Graduates of the Early Childhood Education Techniques program (DEC) will be able to use their skills in the childcare sector. This training, combined with three years of experience, will enable them to exercise their profession in early childhood educational environments in accordance with the Educational Childcare Act and its governing regulations.
