Qualified students can enter the degree program at any year level. You may opt for a traditional two-plus-two approach, first completing a two-year diploma in business administration, plus two years of additional study to obtain the Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA). You can also apply previous coursework from a wide range of university-level studies toward the degree program.

Third and fourth-year studies include human resources management, market research, international business, international relations, project management and advanced entrepreneurship. You may also choose from electives that will provide a human resource focus. To qualify for the Bachelor of Business Administration degree credential, you must complete all required program courses and electives (or equivalent transfer credits) for a total of 120 credits.

Career Opportunities

After graduation, you will be well-prepared for management-related employment opportunities in both private and public sector organizations, or you may opt to pursue your own business ventures. You may also be eligible for membership in the Canadian Institute of Management and the Human Resources Management Association.
