What can you expect from our program?

If you like fabricating and repair in the steel industry, then welding is the career for you. A Welder must enjoy working in a shop environment with the opportunity to work in remote locations operating a welding rig. Welders join or sever metals in beams, girders, vessels, piping and other metal components used in construction and manufacturing.

This program will teach you how to utilize a number of welding processes including:

• Electric Arc
• Metal Inert Gas (MIG)
• Tungsten Inert Gas/Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG)
• Gas Welding (Oxy-Acetylene)
