If you like fabricating and repair in the steel industry, then welding is the career for you. A Welder must enjoy working in a shop environment with the opportunity to work in remote locations operating a welding rig. Welders join or sever metals in beams, girders, vessels, piping and other metal components used in construction and manufacturing.
