The objective of the MSc Corporate Finance is to train professionals who master financial tools and fully understand the needs of companies, so that they can benefit from adequate financial expertise in any situation.

The MSc Corporate Finance is designed to prepare students for international careers in the constantly changing environment of high-growth companies.
Students acquire solid knowledge of financial decisions in business, in an international environment, and learn to master the tools necessary to evaluate investments or acquisitions, the ability to manage cash and risks as well as techniques to raise capital on the financial markets.
They are also trained to acquire the knowledge and expertise necessary to prepare for a career in large companies, multinationals and high-growth companies, in cash management, corporate banking, loan and treasury or other business services.
In addition, the program familiarizes students with the institutions, products, approaches and concrete practices surrounding financing operations and capital markets.
