Course summary

Our courses combine practical elements of hospitality management with key management skills, knowledge and competencies, in a multi-cultural classroom environment, providing graduates with the best possible foundation for a future career. Modern Demonstration and Production Kitchens, IT and Front Office Laboratories, a Demonstration Theatre, Training Restaurants and Bar and well equipped classrooms are all features of the Tourism and Hospitality Building at CIT.
