With a strategic and international focus the MSc in HRM equips HR professionals to manage the increasing complexity and challenges in the modern HR function.  The programme, which is CIPD accredited at the highest level and includes a five day international workshop. 

With recognised international programme accreditations (from both the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and the European Foundation for Management Development (EPAS), the MSc in HRM has a strategic and international focus to reflect the critical role of the HR function within modern organisations. HR professionals and managers today face multiple, and often conflicting, role requirements in a function that is increasing complex and challenging. These challenges include managing transformational change, globalisation, diversity and inclusion, balancing operational and strategic issues and managing competing demands from multiple stakeholders. The MSc in HRM is designed to assist organisations in the private, public, non-profit and semi-state sector in meeting these challenges and includes modules dealing with central issues such as leadership and change, managing conflict, retention and talent management, employment law, learning and development, International and contemporary issues in HRM and employment relations. An international qualification in Psychometric Assessment (Levels A and B) is now also included in the programme.
