Fascinated by diet and human nutrition? With our full-time degree in Applied Nutritional Science, you’ll explore the chemistry of food and develop practical skills in our Chelmsford SuperLabs. We’ve designed our course with consultants from the food industry to ensure you’re ready for a career in food science, clinical nutrition or public health.

Our Applied Nutritional Science degree has been designed with consultants from the food industry and UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN) and the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
