You'll have the opportunity to develop your bold ideas - from commercial products to fine art exhibitions - while earning a postgraduate degree.

Using knowledge at the forefront of the discipline, the Master's in Art and Design aims to enhance the skills you'll need to develop and maintain a successful career as an artist, designer, curator or cultural and creative industries practitioner.

This Master's in Art and Design offers you the flexibility to shape your learning in support of a major independent project that you have conceived and planned.

The course is intended to support you to become a practitioner, able to strategise and lead within a creative industries context.  

The bi-weekly MRes forum brings together staff and students from across the School to hear from visiting practitioners and discuss themes pertinent to your research.
