On this course, you’ll develop a multidisciplinary business awareness. You’ll consider individuals and organisations, and the global context in which they operate. On this course, you will develop a critical appreciation of applied psychology, including an understanding of psychological research methods and how they are utilised to research organisational settings.
You will explore recent research in Organisational and Positive Psychology to understand organisational practices and their impact on employee health and well-being.
In your business and management modules you will learn about the social context of business and organising, human behaviour in organisations, ethics, social responsibility of private companies as well as public organisations, human resources and entrepreneurship.
