Civil engineering specialist activity encompasses design and construction of infrastructure such as buildings, bridges, pipelines, dams, railways, and roads. As construction, projects are becoming ever more complex there is a real need for civil engineers and construction managers to develop their project management skills particularly focusing upon the project planning and management process.
