You will gain experience in delivering patient centred care for people who may wish to be cared for at home, in a community setting or in a hospital setting. You will support patients to make decisions about their healthcare needs and support those who may have complex healthcare needs. You will be working in a rapidly developing environment with evolving new technologies and new ways of delivering healthcare where you will play a pro-active part of an inter-professional team.
