If you're a coaching professional with a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Development (or a related area) this part-time, 1-year course will take your coaching training to Master's level, increasing your skill and employability.

You'll improve your coaching knowledge and ability in a 3-day intensive learning block, then focus on developing your research skills. This will enable you to complete a dissertation on a coaching subject of your choice.
