Placing digital construction at its heart, this unique undergraduate course blends traditional construction knowledge with data management, data modelling, digital tools, systems thinking, systems development and critical awareness, so you develop a tool kit ready to meet the challenges facing the construction industry today.

Using project-based learning and collaborative exercises, you’ll learn about the significance of data management at all stages of the construction lifecycle; from financial data and project visualisation at the initial planning phase to works in progress, and off-site production and latterly using data to provide a safe, effective and efficient long-term asset. Emphasis is placed on developing key attributes for your future employment including adaptability, flexibility and critical thinking, all mediated within the context of digital technology, and the application and use of data.
