BSc (Hons) Physical Education with QTS is a fast-track route into teaching, taking just three years to be a fully qualified teacher.
Learning through classroom experience and applying theory to your teaching practice will develop the skills you need to teach young people in education. You'll study the scientific principles of physical education and sport, with applied practical activities while developing your expertise in the classroom; all with the support of a strong partnership between the University and your placement school.
You can also choose to specialise in another STEM subject, giving you the unique ability to teach across two STEM subjects.
This course is taught via a mix of lectures, seminars and workshops as well as project and individual work. You'll also undertake placements within a school.
Your progress will be assessed by project work, essays and observed placements.
