This course aims to prepare you to become a competent Specialist Community Nurse, fit for practice in General Practice and primary care. You will develop a range of skills, including reflective practice and leadership, which will enable you to evaluate and enhance your area of practice within General Practice.

The programme has a strong focus towards triage and physical assessment, and is designed to encourage the empowerment of patients/clients
