Management in New Jersey Institute of Technology
The MSM program is drawn from the polytechnic heritage of the institute as it integrates fundamental business principles with the STEM offerings. While the areas of specialization are interdisciplinary and STEM-focused, they also require knowledge to manage administrative tasks. Thus, the MSM program also seeks to prepare graduates for enduring careers as successful administrators at varying levels of organizational hierarchy performing interdisciplinary STEM-related specialized tasks.
Providing a focused education that lies at the intersection of the administrative sciences and STEM fields, the MSM’s objective is to help students develop a highly specialized, more interdisciplinary skill-set. The degree enhances the business acumen demanded by an ever-evolving economic landscape, and complements prior science and technology training.
