The Masters of Science in Biomedical Sciences is a one-year, full-time, non-thesis master’s program designed for students who have an undergraduate science degree or have completed the course prerequisites for medical school. This program is designed to begin mid-summer and end in May of the following year. It is expected that students will be studying in person on the Jonesboro, Arkansas campus.

Coursework includes instructional material and assessments typically taken by first-year medical students, as well as clinical inquiry courses where you’ll combine case-based learning with concept mapping and apply it in a clinical setting. The entire program focuses on both cognitive and behavioral skills with an emphasis on critical thinking and analysis and their relation to biomedical and clinical science.
