This Masters is built around your personal design interests and aspirations. It allows you to push the boundaries of creativity, within a framework of academic rigour and contextual research.

Illustration and Design BA (Hons)
If you are passionate about drawing and are full of creative ideas then this course will cultivate your talent. At Sunderland we encourage students to push the boundaries of illustration. The course blends traditional techniques with computer technology, such as virtual reality and 3D design.

Artist Designer Maker: Glass and Ceramics BA (Hons)
This exciting new course embraces the possibilities of making for both art and design. Glass and Ceramics are a focus but you can work in other materials, for example, wood, metal and plastic - as well as digital media.
